Survey Results: Patient Retention Marketing
We asked if you do a regular mailing to their patient base – and you were split right down the middle! While 51% of dentists don’t bother, 49% think it pays to keep in touch. Fully 90% of dentists send out appointment reminders. “The best advertising is treating the patient as a guest in the office,” said one respondent.

perceived. Respondents saw a random sampling of “before” and “after” photos of

perceived as smarter, more attractive, happier, more successful, kinder and
wealthier than those with crooked or dingy smiles..
