Attorney General Files Suit Against Massachusetts Practices

The Massachusetts Attorney General has filed suit against three high-volume dental practices, alleging
they attracted low-income patients with the offer of a free exam, then pulled a “bait and switch” with unnecessary and substandard dental work that left patients both in pain and in debt. The suit names individual dentists, finance advisers and business managers employed at the practices.
